If your Philips Food Processor cannot knead the dough well, follow our troubleshooting advice below to solve this issue.
Too much flour is put into the bowl
- If more than 500 grams of flour is put into the bowl at a time, your food processor may not give the best results. Split the ingredients into several batches less than 500 grams to knead your dough.
The dough is too tough
- If the dough is too tough, reduce the weight of ingredients around 350 - 400 grams to knead your dough.
The dough is re-kneaded in the bowl
- We do not recommend re-kneading in the bowl as it may make your Philips Food Processor unstable. In this case, you can re-knead by hand only.
