My Philips 2-in-1 Air Purifier & Humidifier has weak airflow
Published on 29 June 2023
If the airflow from your Philips 2-in-1 Air Purifier & Humidifier is weak, and the air quality light is not turning blue, please find possible causes and how to fix it.
If packaging remains around the purification filter, then you might notice weak airflow and the air quality light might not turn blue. To solve this, please make sure to remove all packaging materials from the purification filter as shown in the following image.
When using Humidification and Purification Mode, you could set a higher target relative humidity (RH) and the appliance will enhance humidification and airflow.
It is suggested to use the appliance in Purification Mode (take off upper water tank) if you would like to improve the indoor air quality in a shorter time.
When filter surface is very dirty or dusty, it may cause weak airflow. Please clean the filter surface according to the instruction on the User Manual specific for your model.
If the above did not solve the issue, please contact us for further assistance.
